Demeter Ag are working with a family run farm based in Suffolk, looking for a new Arable Manager. The Farm is comprised of a commercial pig unit and 1400-acre arable enterprise.
  
They are looking for a forward-thinking Arable Manager / Farm Foreman with:

Strong practical farming experience – including spray operating, cultivations and environmental stewardships.
Strong interest in carbon and environmental schemes.
Working with the farm owners to make decisions on rotations and varieties.
Managing a junior member of staff.   
The company are offering:
