This busy property management software and real estate investment solutions firm, located in a trendy part of London, are looking for a professional, analytical and energetic Application Support Consultant who has at least 18 months' experience supporting external clients or end users on Yardi property management software. Yardi Voyager experience is essential, and knowledge of any of the following modules such as Yardi Workflow, Commercials, Residential, Fixed Assets, Yardi IM (Investment Management) or Yardi ABF (advanced budgeting & forecasting), would be brilliant too.

They are keen to look at mid to senior levels of Yardi Application Support, so you could be a Senior Yardi Support Analyst up to £60k, or a mid-level person from £38k upwards. Everyone is still working remotely, but they do plan to re-open their beautiful central London offices eventually, however the world of work has become much more flexible now, so you could probably just go in 1 or 2 days a week in the future. Their clients are some of the largest, most profitable and most prestigious property investment companies globally, and they are looking for the very best standard of Yardi Support services from their supplier.

What they can offer is a busy environment where you will work with a team of very knowledgeable, professional but fun Application Support Consultants with specialist Yardi Voyager knowledge, lots of opportunities to learn, and the chance to focus on specific areas of the Voyager product and become a specialist if you want to.

As a PropTech Support Analyst, each day will be different, every client has a different requirement, a different set up, a different way of doing things and you will be challenged daily. You will be part of the busy Yardi application support team dealing with tickets and queries and providing phone, email and remote support for real estate and high worth property investment clients. Their clients are exclusively working with the Yardi Voyager property management software solution, and you will be looking at, analysing and troubleshooting some quite complex support enquiries, and coming up with solutions, de-bugging the software and documenting results. The most common comment that they come across with their existing Yardi clients is "Oh, we didn't know Voyager could do that!"

You:

Minimum of 18 months' supporting Yardi Voyager property management software
Strong application support background or property / real estate background
Analytical thinker
Energetic, positive, personable, well presented and professional
Able to fully document Yardi support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
Prioritise and route client requests to other internal and external resources
Able to assess and resolve Yardi Voyager related issues, and determine if the problem is systemic in nature and react accordingly
Superb interpersonal skills and customer service
Happy to go into London occasionally when required They are happy to also work with someone with a narrow specialist Yardi skillset who might be an expert on only one part of the Voyager solution, and then offer you training in the other aspects of Yardi.
