Salary : £26000/annum 25 days holiday, pension

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join an existing helpdesk team providing remote application support to users within head office (Finance, HR and Payroll Software as well as Office 365) and specialist schools across the UK.
You will be joining a highly motivated and friendly team who provide a high quality service. All incidents will need to be managed, resolving queries in the first instance where possible, escalating others to the team leader or 3rd party providers. Good customer service skills and a team approach to service delivery are paramount to your success.
We don't expect you to know every application on the planet but it would be nice if you were expert in one of the below:
* General software application support and a desire to grow your technical support skills (helping out with desktop/network support queries)
* Finance, HR or Payroll software
* Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint
* Helpdesk Support background with a passion for problem solving/customer satisfaction
Excellent customer facing skills, telephone manner and dedication to quality of service and working as a team is essential.
Please note that this is an urgent requirement and presents a genuine career opportunity with a growing organisation. The service desk covers 8am to 6pm and this is a 37.5 hr working week within those hours. Flexible working is offered
