One the world’s foremost engineering and manufacturing companies is looking for Software Engineers, Full Stack Software Developers to work on a range of exciting mobility projects that are looking to change travel and transport practices. This product is a core part of this strategy and utilises mapping data to build out API’s for multiple uses. The Software Engineer, Software Developer. Full Stack will work as part of a Balanced Team and collaborate with a Product Owner, Product Manager, and Product Designer to deliver projects and features to support this.
Main Tasks& Responsibilities:
Android Developer – Full Stack will:
> Pair Programming Development (all day, every day)
> Extreme programming practice within the team.
> Test Driven Development and Extreme Agile Methodologies.
> Work with Cloud environments (Azure/Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
Essential Skills & Experience:
Android Developer – Full Stack will have:
Gradle, Azure, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Kotlin, Spring, Spring Boot, Java/J2EE, React JS, VueJS, JavaScript
Desirable Skills & Experience:
> Experience of paired programming.
> Experience with Software Development tools, Backlog Management (CA Agile Central aka Rally), Source Code Management (GIT), CI/CD (Jenkins, Concourse)
