Agricultural Service Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £32000/annum 28-32k basic, overtime, bens
The company is a well established agricultural and farm equipment sales and repairs company based in Loughborough they are very long standing with some of their employees having been there since day 1. They sell great peace of mind to local farmers who know they are always getting a great product at a great price but also giving them the back up of repairs and yearly maintenance to make the life span of the equipment even longer. They are a name you can trust in the industry.
They are recruiting for an electro mechanical service engineer, you will be:-
* Providing on site and workshop based service, maintenance and repairs on large agricultural and farming equipment
* Working on tractor, diesel motors, ploughs, tillers, quad bikes, harvesting equipment etc.
* Half the time based at their workshop in Loughborough and the other half visiting clients farms fixing equipment on site (40 miles radius around Loughborough)
Preferred Skills
* Experience working on large agricultural / farming equipment ideally
* Having experience on large engines would be ideal as they can give some training on farming equipment
* Good electro mechanical background needed
* Welding experience would be beneficial but is not essential
* Living within travelling distance to the workshop in Loughborough

* Call out rota 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (overtime paid)
