Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £12/hour + Overtime

My client is a well established farm based in Daventry
They are now looking to recruit a Food production operative / agricultural worker to join them on a full time, permanent basis
07.30 – 17.00, Monday – Friday
LOTS of overtime available, paid at 1.5X after 39 hours
£12ph initially, however will be reviewed after 2-4 weeks
Requirements of Farm Worker:
* Supporting the farm in the day to day running
* Ensuring standards are maintained ant that you and the team maintain safe working practices
* Ensuring provision of ventilation, feed, water and optimal conditions are kept at optimum levels
* Having a good attitude and being reliable
* Maintaining up to date and accurate records
* Assisting with bedding up, mucking out and wash down of site
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
