Working for an exciting organisation, in a fast-paced, dynamic company culture, your core working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.
The role:
You will be responsible for managing client accounts both within the UK & abroad and will be expected to effectively retain and grow the existing customer base through reviewing and selling a portfolio of advertising and online products.
Working on a thriving, market leading publication, which has continued to hit target throughout the pandemic, this really is an exciting opportunity! The ideal candidate:
* Proactive in contacting existing customers to establish and build relationships.
* Previous experience in recording information in relevant databases and ensure CRM’s are kept up to date.
* Consistently achieved set sales targets in a telephone based sales environment.
* Media sales experience preferred
* Able to thrive in a hardworking and dynamic team.
* Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver excellent service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
