Administrator – Operations Department
We are currently seeking a person who can assist us within our Office operation at our Morpeth office
It is broadly an Administration role but will be within our Operations team assisting the department with a variety of task – this is a varied role and would suit a generalist administrator.
It will include offering support to our operations by way of admin functions, collation of Health and Safety Files, some purchasing, monitoring progress of projects, assisting our Compliance team (Fire), organising appointments for site engineers etc
Title will be ‘Contract Support’
Full time position, 40 hrs per week
IT skills are essential (Microsoft Office)
Good communication skills (internally and with clients/residents).
Good telephone manner
Conscientious, Enthusiastic and willing to learn
