Job Type : Permanent, Temporary, Full Time

Salary : £9 – £9.50/hour

Our South Telford based clients are looking for an experienced administrator to join the office team and support the sales and management function.

Duties include:

* Using microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word & Excel

* Data entry

* Providing quotations – verbal & written

* Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers

* Strong customer service required – ability to deal with difficult scenarios and problem solve

* Assisting colleagues with general administration support

* Provide support function to Directors include minute taking and basic reporting

Hours are Mon- Fri 08:30 -16:30

The role will become permanent after a successful trial period.
