Our client have a long standing history within their industry and pride themselves with their design and creation. Due to an increase in business, they are looking for an Administrator to join their already successful team.
* Engage and communicate with customers
* Deal with enquiries from customers on the phone to assist in them placing their order
* Maintain and build relationships with clients
* Actively look for new customers and build up a database of users
* To co-ordinate with Sales Representative to find new business
* Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely
* Liaise with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
* Work with sales, warehouse, transport and support teams to fully leverage the capabilities of the organisation to drive sales and satisfy customers
* Sales, Customer Services or Administration background.
* Organised and disciplined.
* Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
* Strong work ethic.
* Passion for excellent customer service.
* Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Be a team player
* NegotiatAon skills.
