Administrator Role – Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm

Our client within the waste management sector is seeking to employee administrator to work with their finance team.
You will work alongside the Sales Ledger and purchase ledger Manager and will assist with general administration duties for the whole department.
Batching of invoices and delivery notes
Answering and re directing calls within the department
General admin task, emails, distribution of mail
Working with sage accounting system
Meet & great with all visitors
Other general administration tasks as and when required by the Credit control and accounts payable team.
* Proven work experience as an Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
* Hands-on and a team player
* Good knowledge of MS Excel
* Time-management and organization skills
* Good communcation skills
