Salary : £22000 – £25000/annum

Working as an Administrator for a successful business near Aldermaston, you will play a pivotal role, assisting management and the team with all administrative duties.

Utilising your proven administration experience, you will be able to demonstrate your keen eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to progress your administration career, gaining additional responsibilities working within a close knit team.

As the Administrator, you will work closely with the Operations Administrator and Finance Manager, scheduling engineers, producing quotations and ensuring logbooks/databases are kept up to date.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Answering telephones, responding to emails

* Supporting the operations team with administrative tasks

* Scheduling engineers

* Maintain the company database, ensuring all information is accurate

* Ensure all log books/certifications are input correctly

* Producing quotations and scheduling reactive works
