Administration Team Leader

Taskmaster are currently recruiting for an Team Leader, Administration for our client based in Orton Southgate, Peterborough.

Duties:

* Drive operational performance to ensure orders and queries are processed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes such tasks as providing daily deck checks to capture potential failures to service as well as holding start of shift briefings allowing work streams/responsibilities to be allocated accordingly at the start of shift.

* Ensure that the invoicing is processed in a timely and accurate manner.

* To ensure that the administration team are motivated and have the relevant skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximise accuracy and productivity.

* Ensure processes are in place for effective communication.

* Clearly understand issues with customer service/accuracy/issues.

* Monitor the performance and effectiveness of staff at both a team and individual level.

* Promote Service Excellence with the team and embed core routines.

* Work closely with other areas of our business, maintaining excellent relationships in a supportive and collaborative way.

Desired skills:

* 4 GSCE’S or equivalent.

* 1 years’ experience in an Administrative/Customer Service role.

* Budgeting and financial reporting awareness.

* Experience of Red Prarie, Cargolink.

* Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.

* Ability to lead and motivate direct reports.

* Highly motivated with a positive attitude.

* High organisational skills, ability to plan and manage own time.

* Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels.

Hours: 8.30am-4.00pm

Pay rate: £13.13 per hour
