This job would suit someone who prefers more admin related work as opposed to customer service.
You will be working for a large company but within a smaller team of about 12 people working in the Finance Team.
You must be confident in working with Excel Spreadsheets. Although the functions that you will be using are not complex, you must be able to understand if something is entered incorrectly.
Excellent attention to detail is essential as you will be using the spreadsheets to create reports used by Clients.
Other aspects to the role will include raising invoices, dealing with invoice queries and supporting month end accounting.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys numerate/admin work.
You still need to be able to communicate effectively over the phone so a polite, friendly and confident telephone manner is also required.
