Job Title: Administration/Clerical Assistant
Salary: £9.00 – £12 p/h
We are looking to recruit multiple eager, hardworking individuals to perform a range of administration tasks, ranging from scanning documents, to arranging meetings.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Handling & processing mail.
* PA duties.
* Making and receiving phone calls.
* Photocopying documents.
* Paper work
Skills & Abilities
* Previous experience as a PA to a CFO/FD or CEO is preferred, but not essential.
* Experience using Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge and active practice of GDPR standards.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to multi task and be confident to swap from one job to another (once given training) in order to fill gabs in staffing.
