Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday-Friday

The Role
We are looking for a well organised and experienced Administration Manager to join the team.
As Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the office and managing the Administration Team.
Main Duties
* Formal supervision and management of all administration workers in the local office.
* Allocate new tasks and responsibilities within the admin team, as well as evaluating and hiring staff.
* Maintain the up keep of the offices, ensuring staff have the appropriate equipment to carry out their tasks.
* Develop, review and improve administrative systems.
* Overseeing contract monitoring information requests.
* Overseeing regulatory compliance requests.
* To actively participate in monthly supervision.
* Proof reading and editing documents prior to sending to stakeholders.
* Collation of information for internal staff updates.
* Monitoring stationery stock levels.
* Overall responsibility for the tidiness of the office.
What we’re looking for…
* RSA Typing or typing speed of no less than 60 words per minute
* Business Administration Qualification
* Administration experience in an office environment
* Experience of utilising a range of IT programmes
* Experience of establishing and maintaining database systems and producing reports
* An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
