JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:- an Administrator within the Customer Services Team.

Role profile:

* To carry out all customer account related administration

* Providing an efficient, effective, accurate and professional service to all internal and external customers

* Adhering to all in-house compliance, policies and procedures

* Carrying out customer requests and transactions

* Opening and distributing post

* Producing and sending out customer documentation, and assist with larger customer mailings

* Ensuring documentation is accurately scanned, indexed and entered onto the system

* Producing reports with management information

* Working flexibly as part of a team

* Helping other areas of the business as and when required

Person profile:

* Excellent customer service skills, coupled with strong administration skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to plan and organise work effectively

* Team worker but ability to use initiative

* Good attention to detail

Desired criteria:

* Previous experience working within a financial company would be advantageous

* Previous administration experience

* Previous customer service experience
