Salary : £20800 – £22880/annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable individual to work alongside our client and their partners within their office in Fareham, Portsmouth. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in an administrative background, and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of people. The successful candidate will be expected to efficiently and accurately carry out any and all supporting business critical administrative tasks & processes relating to the business workflows. To work individually and/or as part of a team to ensure all related administrative targets and deadlines are met on an ongoing basis. To work always in an organised & compliant fashion to continually uphold & improve both the local office environment and wider external profile of the organisation.
This is a new role where one of our partners we work with is looking to expand their ever-growing successful team to help support them and us in developing their work and drive quality. Having attention to detail and the drive to want to improve quality and workflow is essential in being a success in this position. You will be trained by the people who helped grow the company into a multimillion pound organisation, and recognised nationally as well as by some of the big six energy suppliers.
Communication is key in being a bridge between partner and client as the success in your role to increase volume and quality will be crucial in future plans of the business. This new role will involve full training from the start, as well as ongoing support from our client as well as their partner.
Duties:
● Sales administration & reporting.
● Updating a shared spreadsheet daily while adhering to time restraints.
● Downloading orders from a shared file, print relevant paperwork & collate.
● Inputting orders into the in-house database.
● Other general ad/hoc duties including filing and organising.
● Quality control & correction of various documents.
● Liaising with & supporting external supply chain partners.
Desirable Skills:
● Data Protection / GDPR Legislation competent.
● Competitive to deadlines and target achievement.
● PC Literate & competent with Microsoft Office Based applications.
● Telephone training & a keen eye for detail.
Hours: Monday – Friday (full time)
The successful candidate can expect to earn £20,800 per annum, rising to £22,880 per annum (after 3 months)
