Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

The Accounts Assistant will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for supporting the finance team across a typically diverse range of activities, including but not limited to:

* Purchase ledger – reconciliation, invoices, statements, PO queries, payments

* Expenses – company credit cards and personal claims

* Sales Ledger – reconciliation, credit control, customer queries

* Bank – bank postings, reconciliation

* Customer contracts – set up, analysis of performance

* Pricing queries – assisting the Sales team

* Ad hoc requests

Skills and Experience

* Must be competent on Microsoft excel – v lookups and sumifs

* Experience in accounting software sage preferable but not essential
