Job Title: Accounts Administrator – Office based or Home based
Location: Sleaford
Hours: 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Due to the current Accounts Administrator retiring mid-February, we are actively recruiting for this position on behalf of a well-established and thriving organisation based in Sleaford.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
* Banking – cash book management and business system processing
* Admin support for After-Sales Director & Sales Director
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Telephone answering / message taking
* Dealing with sales / bought ledger enquiries
* Posting out of invoices and statements
* Acting as back up for Sales Administrator with whole goods admin, etc.
Essential skills and knowledge required:
* Relevant experience within an administration role
* A good understanding of MS Office products and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (or similar)
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Willingness to work overtime at peak periods
