Accounts Administrator
Montalt Management are a small but well established independent block management company based in Chingford E4. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to come and work alongside our Accounts Manager.
The successful Accounts Administrator will have responsibility for
* Reconcile bank accounts and flagging any variances
* Preperation of year end budgets
* Assisting the Accountants with the preparation of year end files and reports
* Investigate accounts/invoice queries
* Banking of service charge payments including taking cheques to the bank
* Posting of invoices / service charge demands
* Administrative support relating to accounting matters
Accounts Administrator Minimum Requirements
* 1+ Years administration experience
* Excellent administration skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft software’s word, excel etc.
Remuneration/Benefits for the successful Accounts Administrator based on your experience in the industry £19,000 – £21,000 basic salary, with yearly performance reviews.
* This is a full time, office based, permanent position
* Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.30pm
* 5 weeks holiday and all bank holidays
* A smart/casual dress code
