Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £50 – £56/hour
Account Manager- London- 6 Months- £50-£56 ph PAYE
A global technology are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month assignment. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Solution Architect teams as well as managing a number of Partner Accounts.
Responsibilities:
Leverage superior customer service and communication skills to manage multiple cohorts of partners and their respective stakeholders with their day-today requirements
Nurture relationships with cross- functional team members who will be critical partners in the day-to-day management, providing guidance and support for critical program and sales- related queries
Ensure all partners are compliant and legal agreements and data are kept up to date and that any important changes to program, product or tools are clearly communicated out
Support the assessment of system tolls and improvements to drive automation and simplify how partners can engage with and collect informationSkills/ Experience:
10+ years of relevant work experience in technology/ software partner sales
Demonstrable knowledge of sales tactics and indirect routes to market
An interest or experience contributing to or developing partner program material
Experience with Salesforce
Experience using collaboration tools to conduct business and drive results
