Our client a well known Insurance Broker based in Norwich are seeking a strong Account Handler to join their Business team.
Key responsibilities of the Account Handler role include:
• Completing the administration of your Client's insurance requirements including general enquiries, renewals, new business and midterm adjustments
• Dealing with incoming enquiries from Clients, Insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner
• Developing and maintaining strong Client and Insurer relationships
• Providing technical expertise across a broad range of commercial insurance business
• Accompany Account Executive as required and attend client meetings
To be successful in this Account Handler role you will demonstrate:
• Insurance experience with knowledge across a range of Commercial and or Personal Lines classes of business
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High level of customer focus
