Customer Service Representative
Location: Clydebank
Salary: DOE
Company: A flexible packaging and labels client within a variety of markets including food and beverage and non-food.
Role: Responsible for managing all client deliverables whilst ensuring an exceptional customer service.
* Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
* Answering client queries/ dealing with issues/ managing client expectations
* Creating job briefs and booking in jobs
* Provide an exceptional customer experience
* Responsible for assisting with account and/or projects from initial concept to completion
* Serving as a day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team
* Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle
Requirements:
* Packaging / print industry experience preferable
* Ability to use MIS systems
* Technical knowledge or printing processes – print and packaging
* Client facing skills
* Team collaboration skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* You are organised and calm under pressure
