Rare, exclusive opportunity to join the OEM team of a forward-thinking e-commerce provider at a pivotal point of expansion.

This fantastic Account Director role has come about due to the acquisition of a contract to deliver vehicle locators and aftersales solutions globally.

This role involves:

Leading all day to day management of the relationships, with a view to ensuring that expectations are exceeded
Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, including various teams of this prestigious client to ensure that the solution is fit for purpose across all areas
Growing revenue and product adoption through aligning activity with your client's operational and strategic objectives
Managing complex SaaS sales cycles
Acting as brand ambassador for your client when dealing with internal teams
Data analysis, with a view to offering informed recommendations to your client
Hosting monthly and quarterly client performance
Accurate record and data management including detailed tracking on the customer relationship
Developing exceptional relationships with all stakeholders
Monitoring and reporting on all competitor and market activities

The successful candidate will have an extensive relevant background working for a software or e-commerce provider servicing the automotive industry, with a proven track record in successfully growing and managing large global accounts.

Willingness to travel internationally

You can expect to be away 10 times per year at least globally within this role, so the ability to travel is essential. You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary based on your experience and with a view to growth, as well as generous bonus opportunities with an OTE of £80k (again which would be set to rise with success).
