Account Director – FM

This organisation is a true leader in the provision of Integrated Facilities Management services, they are recruiting an Account Director for a key client contract in the West Midlands to manage the contract relationship and to grow the contract value.
Summary of Duties
To deliver the financial performance objectives of the contract
To lead the resource to deliver against contract performance and manage scope interpretation
To possess a solid understanding of contractual terms and implications
Manage the client relationship and grow the business scope while demonstrating credibility and effectively influencing outcomes
Manage issue escalation and resolution
A strategic interpreter of client needs and the ability to identify new value-added services
Ensures the successful management of scope expansion and renewal activities
Act as a single point of contact for communication with the senior client
Accommodate, plan and integrate portfolio contraction and expansion
Experience Required
Credible management of a large P&L with previous experience of working in a fast paced environment
Proven experience as a visionary leader with a high level of credibility, customer relationship management and networking skills
A solid record in development and implementation of strategic plans
Exceptional collaboration skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize
The ability to deliver results, interpret and manage risk and a good knowledge of industry and trends with FM
Exceptional experience in managing customer accounts with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
